My children love Rod Mills Park just down the road from The Reserves and Walnut Ridge. The staff at the sales and community offices are both friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always friendly and takes care of any problems we may have. So, if you’re looking for an affordable, family-oriented place with lots of amenities to call home, I would recommend Walnut Ridge or the Reserves to be your next home!

We look out for each other, chat, even know each other's pets and children. Rents are affordable and there are lots of nice homes in our community. When I bought my home, I knew that I couldn't afford a stick-built home this size on private land. Our lots are large enough to have flowerbeds and play spaces for our kids.

What I found was the perfect housing situation with easy commutes to Rochester or south toward family. Twin Cedars of Avon is a beautiful community of mature trees and resident landscaped lots adding to the setting. The roads are plowed, and the green space is mowed. Community members are required to adhere to commonsense rules and town regulations to ensure the best and safest quality of life for all residents. This is ensured by dedicated, experienced office and service staff who strive to provide excellent customer relations. I did not know what to expect. What I found was a lovely place in a community I could afford, made new friends, and ultimately found a home.

My experience with the office and maintenance staff has always been great. They are very friendly and very helpful and will take care of any issues that arise. The manager, Kristin, is the best and very fair to all the residents and Joni is very friendly and is there to help with anything you may need. As far as the maintenance crew, they strive to make sure the community always looks its best, especially in the winter when it comes to plowing the streets. I have enjoyed being a resident here and look forward to many more years here. Thank you!
